Module four

Receivables, aged on your terms

The aging comes out of QuickBooks, gets re-aged on your own bucket edges, and drives one ranked queue instead of a follow-up list kept beside it.

What it does

Aging on your terms

Snapshots pulled from QuickBooks Online, from Desktop through the Web Connector, or uploaded as a CSV. Bucket edges and terms overrides are configuration, so the aging matches how you actually age.

A ranked collections queue

Every customer with a balance, ranked with a next action from the cadence you set, filterable and exportable with whatever filters you left it under.

A page per customer

Counters, aging, one timeline of every activity and send, and the settings for that customer alone.

Reminder runs with a preview

Reminder emails go out on a cadence you set, with the invoices they chase attached. The preview is the approval gate: you see every message and every recipient before anything sends.

Disputes that pause the chase

A customer question or a dispute you note yourself pauses the reminder cadence until it is resolved, and stays visible to the customer who raised it.

The month-end workpaper

Movement between snapshots and the allowance for credit losses, computed from the aging you closed on rather than re-derived later.

How it works

01

The aging comes in

From QuickBooks Online, from Desktop through the Web Connector, or uploaded as a CSV, re-aged on your own terms.

02

It gets worked

A ranked queue with a next action per customer, an activity log, and reminder emails with a preview before anything sends.

03

Month end closes on it

Movement between snapshots and the allowance for credit losses, filed with the month.

Questions

Where does the aging come from?

QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop through the Web Connector, or a CSV you upload, re-aged on your own bucket edges and terms overrides.

Do reminders send automatically?

Only after a preview: you see every message and every recipient before anything sends, and cadences can be set to run on their own once approved.

What does month end produce?

A movement report between snapshots and the allowance for credit losses, computed from the aging closed that month, plus a health dashboard with days sales outstanding once you enter monthly credit sales.

Send your aging ahead and see the collections queue built on your own customers.
